Privacy
Your practice is yours.
Kind Fu is designed so that the intimate parts of the practice stay on the device where they were made.

Who this notice covers.
This notice describes the current free Kind Fu preview at kindfu.co. Kind Fu is responsible for the limited information described below. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to hello@kindfu.co.
What stays on your device.
Practice progress, selected settings, written reflections, and any reflection recordings are stored locally in your browser in the current preview. They are not uploaded to a Kind Fu account or cloud service because the preview does not currently provide accounts or cloud sync.
Clearing browser data, changing device, or removing the app may permanently remove that local information. Kind Fu cannot recover it from a server.
Anonymous measurement.
Kind Fu records anonymous, aggregate measurement of how the app is used — across both the public pages and the practice itself: which screens are opened, in what order, how long they are held, and whether the same browser returns across different days. This is tied only to a random identifier stored on your device — never to a name, an email, an account, or anything you write or say. We measure where and how long, never what. Your reflections and recordings stay on your device and are never uploaded.
Measurement runs by two means. Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregate page views; Vercel describes its service as privacy-friendly analytics without third-party cookies or persistent identifiers, and its data points may include the visited URL, referrer, approximate location, device, browser, and operating system. Alongside it, a small first-party store that Kind Fu operates itself keeps only the anonymous behaviour described above. Reflection content and recordings are never included in either.
Measurement is optional. You can turn it off at any time under measurementin the app’s settings, and clearing this site’s data resets the anonymous identifier. Because this is anonymous behaviour rather than a personal profile, it stays deliberately modest.
If you leave an email.
You can optionally leave an email address to hear when something new opens — a further belt, the wider practice. It is used only to send that occasional note and nothing else. It is delivered to our own mailbox rather than a mailing-list service, is not sold or shared, and you can stop it any time by replying. Leaving an email is never required to use Kind Fu.
When you contact us.
If you email Kind Fu, the message, your email address, and any information you choose to include will be used to answer you, keep an appropriate record, and protect the service where necessary. Do not send sensitive reflection content by email.
Your choices and rights.
You can remove local practice data using your browser or device settings. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights concerning personal information held through direct contact, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or complaint to a data-protection authority. Contact hello@kindfu.co to make a request.
Changes to the product.
This notice will be revised before Kind Fu adds accounts, cloud sync, payment, or any materially different use of personal information. The current version and date will remain available here.
